Designed especially for girls, this class is all about embracing the joy of making things with your own two hands. In this class, we'll dive into a world of colorful ribbons, sparkly sequins, and fun flowers. Each session will introduce a new craft or two, allowing our young crafters to learn different techniques and explore various materials. Hosted by a BCMS track coach, this enrichment class is open to all 6th grade students and will focus on increasing athletes' speed and agility. Athletes can expect to participate in drills that emphasize explosiveness and improve fast-twitch muscle fibers. In addition to enhancing speed, we will work on agility techniques that enable you to change direction quickly and effectively—skills that are essential for success in all sports. You’ll also engage in strength-building exercises that target key muscle groups, ensuring you develop a well-rounded athletic foundation.What to Expect:Dynamic Warm-Ups: Begin each session with energizing warm-up routines designed to prepare your body for training.Variety of Drills: Experience a mix of sprinting, cone drills, agility ladder exercises, resistance band training, and sled pulls.Personalized Coaching: Receive individual feedback and tips from our track coach to help you reach your personal best.Goal Setting: Set and track personal goals to monitor your progress throughout the program.

Coach McLaughlin's Spiking Spikers Volleyball Camp is the perfect introduction to volleyball for students in 2nd - 5th grade. Campers will learn the fundamentals of passing, setting, serving, and teamwork through fun games, exciting drills, and positive encouragement. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or already loves volleyball, they'll build confidence, making new friends, stay active, and have a blast in a supportive environment. No experience necessary! Led by veteran Coach Lori McLaughlin, campers will experience positive coaching, age appropriate instruction, and fun filled introduction to one of the world's most exciting sports.

In this hands-on, 8-week course, students step into the shoes of cosmetic chemists and product designers. Each week, your child will learn the science behind skincare while formulating their own all-natural, food grade sugar scrubs. From uplifting "Citrus Energy" to relaxing "Calming Lavender" and even a delicious "Cookie Dough" scrub, they will explore different textures, colors, and aromatherapy scents. Students will engineer custom labels and packaging. By the end of the session, students will take home a beautifully packaged collection of custom scrubs perfect for personal care or holiday and appreciation gifts.

In this course, students will explore the opportunities available for high school artists and learn the essential steps for creating successful competition-ready artwork.
