Raider Rev-Up – Strength & Conditioning Give your athlete a head start on the competition with Raider Rev-Up! This strength and conditioning program is designed specifically for 6th-grade boys and girls. Students will build on the foundational lifts and techniques learned in PE and Pre-Athletics while being introduced to additional lifts, variations, and proper training methods. The program focuses on developing strength, confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic to help athletes prepare for success in all sports. Please note: Raider Rev-Up is a morning enrichment class that meets from 7:40–8:40 a.m. It's a great way for students to get active, energized, and ready for a successful day of learning. They’ll receive a cupcake, frosting, candy, and a variety of fun edible decorations to recreate the design—all while working independently and letting their creativity shine. Think of it like a mini version of your favorite baking competition show, but with less pressure, more fun, and the best part… you get to eat your masterpiece instead of just watching it on TV! At the end of each week, participants will bring home a photo of their cupcake creation along with the viral inspiration cupcake so they can compare, share, and celebrate their sweet success with family and friends.
