Growing Minds, Growing Hearts

Join us for a fun and engaging class where kids learn to care for their hearts and minds while building confidence, resilience, and healthy friendships. Through interactive games, creative art projects, stories, mindfulness activities, movement, and reflection, students will develop practical skills for managing emotions, reducing stress, solving problems, and showing kindness to themselves and others. Each week, they'll add a new element to their own "Growth Garden," discovering how positive choices, self-awareness, and compassion help them grow stronger from the inside out.
