Dance Team Prep: Jazz Co. & Red Rubies Dreaming of joining the LTMS Jazz Co. Dance Team or the LTHS Red Rubies? Or are you simply looking to improve your dance technique and build confidence? This class is the perfect opportunity for aspiring dancers to develop the skills needed for spring tryouts and gain a better understanding of what it takes to be a successful dance team member. Students will focus on: Flexibility and strength development Conditioning and endurance Dance technique and performance skills Confidence and audition preparation Participants will also have the opportunity to learn from current dance team members during a special Q&A session and gain valuable insight into the expectations and experiences of being part of a dance team. The class will conclude with a mock tryout experience, providing dancers with personalized feedback and tips to help them feel prepared and confident for upcoming auditions. Rise & Shine Strength Training Rise and Shine—it’s time to work out! Start your day strong with a dynamic training program focused on building strength, confidence, and athletic performance. This program introduces students to the fundamentals of weightlifting, core strength, and agility training while building upon the foundations established in Pre-Athletics. Participants will take their training to the next level through structured instruction and challenging, engaging workouts.
