Introduction to Girl's Lacrosse for Grades K-5

Come learn the fastest game on two feet! This fun, high-energy program is perfect for girls who are new to lacrosse and ready to learn the game.

Participants will build skills in catching, throwing, cradling, shooting, defense, and scooping ground balls through exciting games, drills, and activities. Each session builds on the last, helping players develop coordination, confidence, teamwork, and overall athletic skills while staying active and having fun!

The program will wrap up with a scrimmage play date, giving players the chance to put all their new lacrosse skills into action.

No experience or equipment required—all equipment is provided!
