Raider Rev-Up – Strength & Conditioning Give your athlete a head start on the competition with Raider Rev-Up! This strength and conditioning program is designed specifically for 6th-grade boys and girls. Students will build on the foundational lifts and techniques learned in PE and Pre-Athletics while being introduced to additional lifts, variations, and proper training methods. The program focuses on developing strength, confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic to help athletes prepare for success in all sports. Please note: Raider Rev-Up is a morning enrichment class that meets from 7:40–8:40 a.m. It's a great way for students to get active, energized, and ready for a successful day of learning. Rise & Shine Strength Training Rise and Shine—it’s time to work out! Start your day strong with a dynamic training program focused on building strength, confidence, and athletic performance. This program introduces students to the fundamentals of weightlifting, core strength, and agility training while building upon the foundations established in Pre-Athletics. Participants will take their training to the next level through structured instruction and challenging, engaging workouts. Each session will include: A thorough warm-up to prepare the body for movement Weight room instruction focused on proper technique and strength development Fast-paced agility drills designed to improve speed, coordination, and athletic performance Start your morning energized and build the strength, skills, and confidence needed to succeed on and off the field!

Hosted by a BCMS track coach, this enrichment class is open to all 6th grade students and will focus on increasing athletes' speed and agility. Athletes can expect to participate in drills that emphasize explosiveness and improve fast-twitch muscle fibers. In addition to enhancing speed, we will work on agility techniques that enable you to change direction quickly and effectively—skills that are essential for success in all sports.
