What Light's You Up? Finding your authentic self for Grade 7-8
Join a fun, supportive space where girls can build confidence, strengthen friendships, and discover what makes them unique! Through upbeat music, fun dance and movement activities, group discussions, games, creative projects, and real-life skill building, participants will learn how to navigate the challenges of middle school while encouraging and uplifting one another.
This positive and welcoming group is designed to help girls connect, laugh, dance, grow, and leave each week feeling empowered to be their authentic selves.
