Broadcast Basics for Grades K-2

Do you love talking, sharing exciting news, or being in front of the camera? Broadcast Basics is the perfect place to start! In this enrichment, our youngest broadcasters will learn what it takes to create a school news show while building confidence, teamwork, and speaking skills. Students will practice using clear voices, reading short scripts, and recording fun segments like the weather, lunch menu, pledges, etc. This class is designed to introduce students to the exciting world of broadcasting and help prepare them for our upper-grade Broadcast Enrichment, where students take on additional responsibilities like filming, editing videos, and producing the school's morning announcements.
